Geforce FX 5500 128 MB is Randomly RESTARTING MY PC :[

Hi, i recently installed the Geforce FX 5500 into my INtel Pentium 4 2.8 ghz processor with 128 ram and its forcing my computer to randomly restart when either watching movies or playing video games.. I have turned the debug off and the automatic restarts in my computer > advanced, however when it restarts the BSOD does not appear. I do however have minidumps i would like to share and my conclusions are that either the video card is running at a much higher temperature than i expected or some kind of device failure.. please help me!!

did u ever find a solution for this? becuase i think mine is having hte same problem
